Description

Colostrum Bolus Forte is a dried colostrum and Lactobacillus product designed to assist in the replacement of colostrum in deficient newborn calves, sheep and goats.

The colostrum provided in Colostrum Bolus Forte supplies a source of maternal antibodies and protein. Lactobacillus organisms contained in these products assist in the establishment of beneficial microflora in the newborn. L. acid excreted by these organisms will influence pH reduction in the small intestine. This action removes the environment needed by certain coliform bacteria to proliferate and perhaps cause disease.
The newborn receives a generous supply of highly absorbable, essential vitamins and trace minerals, which are necessary for the establishment of good health.
